1. Returns - Our policy lasts for 14 days from receipt of the item. If it has been 14 days since you received your purchase. All exchanges are subject to inventory availability and approval. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to our full return policy.
Stylezzle carefully checks all of your items before shipping. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a size exchange for the same item, please contact us first by email at returns@stylezzle.com Email your item images within 24 to 48 hours from the date received and indicate "defective" or "exchange" in the subject line. Include first and last name, order number, and item name. Returned items are subject to error verification. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive a response within the next 24-48 hours. We do not accept returned items that you have sent directly without checking with us first. Without exceptions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to get to the exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Without exceptions.
The following items (if apply) cannot be returned or exchanged: Flash sale, final sale, last chance or clearance items, lingerie and nightwear, swimwear, jewelry and accessories (eyelashes, masks, hats, etc.) No exchange or store credit is given.
2. Refunds -Β Stylezzle does NOT offer cash refunds. We only issue credit or debit refunds, without exception. We only offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days after your purchase order was shipped. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. We only issue credit or debit refunds, without exceptions.
Refunds can take up to 21 days to be issued (depending on your bank) once the return is received. Please know that we aim to process all returns and issue refunds as quickly as possible! You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
3. Exchanges - We will accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.
4. Return Shipping Fee -Β You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. The shipping cost for returned packages is non-refundable.
5. Cancellation policy -Β Order can ONLY be canceled before shipment and we ship fast so contact us immediately at returns@stylezzle.com. We do not guarantee cancellations or address changes.
6. OnΒ Sale Items,Β Clearance SaleΒ and Seasonal Collections (if applicable) -
Only regular price items can be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Outlet, Markdowns, Clearance, Warehouse Sale are Final Sale, no exchange. All seasonal merchandise exchange (if it's available) is at the discretion of Stylezzle.
NOTE: Our inventory is intentionally limited, and in most cases, items are not restocked.
